Travis is our new associate pastor for our church. He comes to us from the seminary, and this is his first assignment. He and his wife have been here only a few weeks, so I figured we'd have a little fun with Travis for our mid-week meetup at Culvers.

Y'know... Break him in gently, so to speak. I think one of the more fascinating parts of Tycho Aussie is you can really tell, in just a few moments, whether or not someone is comfortable around strange & unusual people. Pastor Travis didn't have any troubles interacting with me. I think there's something that can be learned by how a person reacts to the unusual - and Pastor T. , self-confident and looking relaxed & comfortable, passes.

I'm looking forward to seeing this young man flourish and it will be fascinating to see how it changes and energizes our already interesting church.

He's alright, in my book.
